About Us
Total Class Solutions, LLC was formed in August 2007 by a Management Team led by Tim J. Taylor. Tim’s team includes a group of individuals who developed and processed complex claims administration programs satisfying class counsel, defense counsel, insurance carriers, and various Courts. This core group successfully handled the largest US National Property Class Action at the time, the Polybutylene Settlement of Cox v. Shell–a class involving the failure of a polybutylene plumbing product.
With combined experience and over 70 years of knowledge and claims administration expertise, the TCS team then focused on a specific component of the Class Action process – repair and contractor oversight. This function is now known as Asset Preservation Project Management and has taken the TCS Team predominantly into the State of Hawaii, where Residential High Rise Real Estate has been entering a phase of major repair and maintenance as buildings age in order to maintain the value of their individual investments.
Whether the project involves Asset Preservation Project Management or Class Action Administration, TCS has assembled a first class team to handle customers’ requirements.
